Whew! I didnt know so much knowledge care and skill was involved to supply and fit carpets, hard flooring, curtains , blinds and shutters. it certainly has been an eye opener .

A model of a what a good small business should be.
Julian personally came to our house to measure up and then at his shop patiently helped us to choose a suitable carpet which was within our budget. From order to fitting, it took just 10days during which time we were updated of progress to meet the installation date arranged. Joe, who clearly loves his work, completed the fitting in a day and we now have a beautiful staircase that everybody who visits admires, all painlessly and seamlessly done.

I was shocked by my recent interaction with this company. I contacted them to arrange a quote for carpet renewal in my home and received an email asking me to phone them. I did so, and the gentleman I spoke to asked a few questions about my requirements. His last question was had I contacted other companies for quotes. When I mentioned I was contacting other companies, he told me he would not be able to help me, as he wasn't interested in quoting for someone he considered to be doing a "cost exercise." He also suggested I would be going to companies like Tapi — which I had no intention of doing. He described himself as being candid; I would describe it as plain rude, and I ended the call.
I have never encountered such an attitude from a business. Obtaining a number of quotes is entirely standard practice for any home improvement work — to be dismissed for doing so is extraordinary. Cost matters, but so does customer service, and this company falls well short on that front.
