We’ve come a long way.

Originally established as a carpet and hard flooring business enjoying over 50 years of collective experience, we’ve had to evolve through the needs of our lovely customers. Being good at what we do, customers were asking us where they could go to buy curtains, wardrobes upholstery etc. so we decided to expand to provide one place for everything needed for the home and office.

To date we have serviced over 5000 projects, achieved WHICH Trusted partner recognition are privileged membership of The British Carpet Foundation and BNI members fully accreditation by the Good Business Charter.

Through his love for transforming spaces into remarkable places, Julian made his entrance into the industry. After 30 years of experience, he insists that nothing beats the satisfaction of seeing a client’s pure joy and pride once the work is done. When it comes to something personal such as your home, your safe space, the decision to trust someone else with its changes isn’t something that we take lightly. Julian works alongside a passionate team who share the same vision when it comes to designing and transforming a space.

My interest in textiles goes back to my grandfather’s fabric business, so textures and colours have always been a part of my life. My collaboration with Julian Hurst Interiors began 15 years ago. I have always been fascinated with patterns, colours and textures and their relationship to each other in the space they occupy.

This passion led me to complete a degree in textiles and interior design which paved the road to a fruitful career in the industry. My greatest accomplishment is having developed a vague idea into a coherent and successful business.

My favourite moment while working at Julian Hurst Interiors was achieving the company’s first 100th five-star review. Using my skills to transform someone’s home or office into a space that is visually beautiful and functional always brings me great joy.
